Objectives: Through objective evaluation and verification, it was intended to develop more efficient Korean medicine therapeutic technology and to lead to the use and development of convergence medicine. Methods: Establish a platform for verifying the validity and information library of Korean medicine therapeutic technology, and derive customized Korean medicine therapeutic technology through preclinical electrophysiological technology and neuroimaging technology. Based on this, a platform for pilot clinical research is established, and then a convergence medicine-based Korean medicine therapeutic technology is established through standardized pilot clinical outcome analysis. Results: Convergence medicine-based Korean medicine therapeutic technology can sequentially identify efficacy, active ingredients, and mechanisms of action in cells, animals, and pilot clinical trials through post-treatment monitoring systems and neuroimaging system behavioral testing systems. Conclusion: Deriving convergence medicine-based Korean medicine therapeutic technology can complement the limitations of existing Korean medicine therapeutic technology and maximize the potential, contributing to promoting cooperation between Korean medicine and Western medicine and securing mutual trust.
